I want you to know that you look beautiful today.
I want you to know that your smile is enough to light up someone’s day—and even, save someone’s life.
I want you to know that there is at least ONE beautiful thing about you.
I want you to know that for every bad day, there will always be a good day to make up for it.
I want you to know that there is ALWAYS someone in the world who is going through a much tougher time than you are.
I want you to know that there is ALWAYS something to be grateful for.
I want you to know that we ALL have our hard days and tough times.
I want you to know that there is always someone out there going through the same thing(s) you are.
I want you to know that your imperfections add to your beauty.
I want you to know that accepting your flaws and imperfections and loving yourself are two of the hardest things to do but it can be done.
I want you to know that life isn’t meant to be taken for granted.
I want you to know that you are GORGEOUS just the way you are.
I want you to know that, whether you choose to believe it or not, you have made an impact on someone’s life and that someone is better off today because of YOU.
I want you to know that we love you.
I want you to know that you go through painful situations for a reason…they’re not meant to break you, they’re only meant to make you stronger.
I want you to know that you should never underestimate your ability to change the world…it can be done.
I want you to know that just because society believes you must be skinny to be beautiful, you don’t have to believe it.
I want you to know that you are NOT worthless.
I want you to know that you are special and unique.
I want you to know that you don’t have to be a size 0 to be beautiful.
I want you to know that no one can hurt you unless you them.
I want you to know that there is at least one person in the world who loves you.
I want you to know that anytime you need us, we’ll be here for you.
